1. Contract and activate Telegram first
Telegram is an additional channel: it must be contracted and activated for your environment before it can be used. Contact support if you need this channel enabled.
2. Connect the Telegram bot
Create the bot in Telegram, select the Aizy agent that should answer for it and enter the bot token in Channels. Save the channel; Aizy detects the username when it is available.
