My Subscription

My Subscription is the billing area for your environment. It shows the current status, active period and available payment options. It also includes subscription cancellation and environment deletion controls.

1. Who can manage the subscription

Only the environment owner can manage billing. Managers can see the section, but they cannot start a payment, cancel a subscription or request environment deletion.

If you need to change the subscription and the controls are unavailable, contact the owner of your environment.

2. Check your subscription and current status

The status card shows the current period and the date until which access remains valid. The first period is a free trial.

Not started No subscription has been started for the environment yet. Choose a payment option to start the subscription.
Trial active The first free month is running. Review the validity date and complete payment before the trial ends.
Active A paid subscription is active. The card shows the current validity date.
Payment required The current period needs payment or renewal. Complete payment from this section to keep the environment active.
Cancelled The subscription has been cancelled. You can start a new subscription if payment options are available.

3. Start or renew the subscription

In Subscription payment, select Credit Card or PayPal when the option is available. Before continuing, accept the subscription terms shown in the panel.

Aizy opens the selected provider checkout. Complete it there and return to the panel; the subscription status is updated after the checkout is confirmed.

  • An environment cannot start a second subscription while it already has an active subscription or trial.
  • If no payment option appears, billing is not enabled for that environment. Contact the environment owner or support.
  • The terms explain that cancellation is managed from My Subscription and that refunds apply only to mistaken charges.

4. Act when payment is required

When the status changes to Payment required, return to My Subscription and complete the payment using an available provider. The current period and validity date are shown in the status card.

If payment is not completed after the trial or paid period, the environment is blocked automatically. Do not wait for the access date to pass before renewing.

5. Cancel the subscription

The Cancellation card is available when the environment has a linked subscription. Select Cancel subscription and confirm the action to send the cancellation request to the payment provider.

Cancellation is separate from deleting the environment. Use the environment deletion option only when you also want to remove the environment and its data after the stated retention period.

6. Request environment deletion carefully

Request environment deletion cancels any linked subscription and schedules permanent deletion of the environment in 30 days. The panel shows the scheduled date after the request is submitted.

You can select Reactivate environment before that date to cancel the deletion request. Once the date has passed, reactivation is no longer available.

  • Confirm that you no longer need the environment, its bots or its configuration.
  • Cancel only the subscription if you want to keep the environment without requesting deletion.
  • Use Reactivate environment before the displayed deletion date if you change your mind.
