1. Contract and activate WhatsApp first
WhatsApp is an additional channel: it must be contracted and activated for your environment before it can be used. If the WhatsApp area is not available, contact support to arrange the channel activation.
2. Connect your WhatsApp Business account
Select the agent, start the embedded Meta connection and sign in with the intended business account. Load the available WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABAs), choose the account and then load its phone numbers.
