Looks up your setup
Your plan and what is left of it, your agents, their channels, knowledge bases, articles and catalogs.
Connect the AI assistant you already use to Aizy. It looks up how your agent is set up and, if you let it, updates its instructions, its welcome message, its articles and the pages it learns from.

With read-only permission your assistant looks things up; with read and write permission it also makes the change, with the same rules and limits as your panel.
Your plan and what is left of it, your agents, their channels, knowledge bases, articles and catalogs.
Name, language, welcome message in each language, instructions, tone, creativity and answer length.
Which knowledge bases and which product catalog each agent uses.
Creates and renames knowledge bases and catalogs, within what your plan includes.
Writes and edits the articles of a knowledge base, for example from a policy you paste into the chat.
Queues pages of your site so the agent reads them, in a knowledge base with automatic refresh or as a catalog source.
A language school opens its summer enrolment. Instead of going screen by screen, the director asks for it in one message.
Nothing to program, in Aizy or in your assistant.
In your assistant, add a connector with the address app.aizyagents.com/mcp.
Claude, ChatGPT and Codex connect by signing in to Aizy, no tokens to copy. For any other tool, create a token in “API / MCP”.
From the next conversation, your agent answers with the changes on every connected channel.
Try Aizy for 30 days. We help set up your agent, load knowledge and connect your channels.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard for AI assistants to work with external applications. With the Aizy MCP, your assistant reads your Aizy environment directly and acts with the same rules as the panel, instead of you having to explain how your agent is set up.
Claude (on the web, the desktop app and Claude Code), ChatGPT and Codex connect by signing in to Aizy. Cursor and any other MCP-compatible tool connect with a token you create in the “API / MCP” section.
No. The MCP is included at no extra cost in every Aizy plan. What your assistant can create is still bounded by your plan: number of knowledge bases, catalogs and automatic refresh.
No. The Aizy MCP has no delete action: it can't remove agents, knowledge bases, articles or catalogs. With read-only permission it can't change anything either.
Your agents' setup, your knowledge bases and articles, and your catalogs. Never your keys: of WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, your CRM or your calendar it only knows whether they are connected, never a token or a password.
In the “API / MCP” section of your panel you see every connection and token, with its permission and last use, and you revoke it with one click: it loses access immediately. A connection also expires after 90 days without use.
