1. Start with the right channel guide
Channel settings apply to the bot selected in the panel. Connect only the accounts, phone numbers and pages that should be answered by that bot.
Open the dedicated Webchat, Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram or Mail guide for the exact setup steps. The channels available in your panel depend on the products activated for the environment.
- Select the correct bot before entering credentials or starting a connection.
- Use the save control after changing the active channel.
- Keep access tokens, secrets and verification values private.
2. Review before configuring a channel
- The correct bot is selected for each configured channel.
- The channel is contracted and active when it is an additional product.
- Credentials, pages, WABAs and phone numbers belong to the intended business account.
- You have sent a real test message through each configured channel.
- Access tokens and secrets have not been included in prompts, documents or public pages.
