Webchat is the public chat experience of the selected agent. It includes the website widget and the visual settings used by the AICenter chat window.

1. Start with the correct agent

Webchat settings apply to the bot selected in the panel. Confirm the agent, logo, welcome message and main language before changing its public chat experience.

2. Configure the Webchat widget

Open Webchat widget to adjust the public widget appearance and behaviour. Keep its colours and presentation aligned with your brand, then save the active channel settings.
