Do I need a card to try it?
Yes, when you sign up. Nothing is charged during the first 30 days, and you can cancel before then at no cost.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on this page includes VAT.
Is there a minimum term?
No. It's monthly and you can cancel whenever you like.
Can I add or remove channels later?
Yes, from «My subscription» in your panel. What you add is activated once the payment is confirmed; what you remove stops being charged at the next renewal.
Does WhatsApp have extra costs?
Yes, the messages billed by Meta. From 1 October 2026, service messages above 1,000 a month per number cost €0.0166 each in Spain, and marketing templates are always billed. Web chat, the chat window and Telegram have no per-message fee.
Is there a setup fee?
No. We help you set up the agent, load its knowledge and connect your channels at no extra cost.
What if I need several agents?
Each extra agent costs €55 a month and includes web chat and documents; its channels and integrations are added separately.
